Our focus
We focus on technology and innovation led businesses with differentiated products or infrastructure, clear commercial applications, and the ability to scale through capital, partnerships, and market access. We are particularly interested in sectors and regions where technical edge, industry relevance, and long term growth potential can create durable value.

Our areas of interest include semiconductors, artificial intelligence, Web3 and digital infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, life sciences, medical devices and diagnostics, fintech, and other frontier and emerging technologies.

We are Asia focused for incubation, early, and growth stage opportunities, with selective later stage and strategic opportunities globally.
Ticket Size
Our typical initial exposure ranges from USD1 million to USD5 million, with capacity of up to USD10 million in selected opportunities, often alongside partners.
Business model
We invest in companies with unique technology, clear commercial applications, strong business models, and reliable governance. We seek scalable paths through capital, partnerships, and market access, focusing on technical defensibility, founder-market alignment, early traction, and readiness for strategic support.
