Xiamen Ventures Capital Co., Ltd. was established on December 30, 2011. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xiamen Jinyuan Investment Group, a municipal financial control group. Its goal is to become a professional fund management institution in China and create a government-guided fund management brand with national influence. Xiamen Ventures Capital is entrusted to manage Xiamen Industrial Investment Fund, which covers various types of funds, including Xiamen Industrial Guidance Fund, National Emerging Industry Venture Capital Program Shareholding Fund, and Xiamen State-owned Enterprises Strategic Development Fund, among others.
