Unveiled the “Shushan” cryogenic CMOS quantum control chipset, including “Gongga” (superconducting qubit control), “Emei” (qubit readout), and “Xiling” (silicon-based qubit control) chips. “Xiling” was presented at ISSCC 2025, reducing system noise and power consumption for large-scale qubit arrays.
